The product

Senior Move Sorter is a browser-based family coordination tool sold for a one-time price of $37 USD. It helps users organize room and item decisions, practical roles, unresolved questions, progress, backups, and printable recaps.

Purchase and delivery

Stripe hosts checkout. After a completed payment, Stripe redirects the purchaser to the buyer app. The product is licensed for personal or household use by the purchaser and the family members participating in that move. You may make reasonable backups and print or share your own plan with those participants.

Refunds

You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing [email protected] with the email used at checkout. We may ask for information needed to identify the transaction and prevent duplicate or fraudulent requests. This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.

Permitted use

You may use the app and its outputs for your own household's move-planning work. You may not resell, sublicense, republish, distribute, scrape, copy for a competing product, bypass access controls, or present the software as your own.

Local data and backups

Senior Move Sorter stores plan data in the browser. You are responsible for device access, the accuracy of information you enter, and exporting backups you need. Browser data can be lost when storage is cleared, a device changes, or private browsing ends. We do not promise cloud recovery because the app does not receive your plan.

Not professional advice

Senior Move Sorter is not legal, medical, care, appraisal, estate, tax, financial, moving, storage, donation, disposal, or conflict-resolution advice. It does not assess capacity, determine ownership, interpret wills or powers of attorney, value property, select care, or decide whether an item should be sold, donated, discarded, or moved. Use appropriate qualified professionals and local authorities when those questions arise.

No outcome promise

The app provides a structure for recording your family's decisions. We do not guarantee agreement, reduced conflict, a particular completion time, financial savings, item value, legal validity, or a successful move outcome.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, improve, suspend, or replace the hosted product where reasonably necessary. We aim to keep the buyer app available but do not promise uninterrupted access. Exported backups and printed recaps remain under your control.

Responsibility and liability

Use the product with the person moving's participation and appropriate judgment. To the fullest extent allowed by law, The Template Nest is not responsible for decisions made by users, loss caused by relying on the app as professional advice, loss of browser-local data, or indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
