What the public site collects

The Template Nest public pages do not include analytics, advertising pixels, account creation, newsletter forms, or customer-data submission forms. Our hosting provider may process ordinary request data such as IP address, browser information, requested URL, and security logs to deliver and protect the site.

Senior Move Sorter data

Senior Move Sorter stores the plan you enter in your browser's localStorage. The app does not send that plan to The Template Nest, an AI service, an analytics provider, or a cloud database. Data can include names or role labels, room names, item names, decisions, roles, short notes, and a move date if you choose to enter them.

Do not enter passwords, account numbers, diagnoses, medication lists, government identifiers, confidential legal documents, or other sensitive details. Use short labels and keep high-consequence questions outside the app.

Backups, downloads, and device access

You control JSON backups, CSV exports, and printed recaps. They go only to the location, app, or printer you choose. Anyone with access to your browser profile, device, exported file, or printout may be able to see that information. Clearing browser data, changing devices, or using private browsing can erase the local plan. Export a backup if you need to keep or move it.

Checkout and payments

Purchases use Stripe-hosted checkout. Stripe receives the payment and checkout information you submit and processes it under its own privacy policy. The Template Nest does not place card fields in this website and does not receive your full card number.

Support messages

If you email [email protected], we receive the message, address, and information you choose to include. Do not send confidential family, medical, financial, identity, or legal details. We use support messages to answer requests, administer refunds, and maintain service records.

External links and retention

Links to Stripe, public agencies, or other sites are governed by those sites. Browser-local plan data remains until you clear it or browser storage is removed. Support and transaction records may be retained as needed for customer service, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.

Your choices

You can use first names or role labels, omit optional fields, export a backup, and clear the entire plan from the app. Privacy or data questions can be sent to [email protected].
